Voted Surrey Artist of the Year in 2014, Rachel Mulligan is a stained glass artist, who paints and engraves on handmade glass using traditional techniques. Her public commissions include two town halls, schools, a hospital and Haslemere Museum. Rachel's work is also to be found in many private residences.
